Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of JobPilot, operated by JobPilot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use JobPilot.
Service purpose
JobPilot provides AI-generated guidance that compares a resume with a job description. It is for informational purposes only and is not employment, legal, financial, or professional career advice.
Your content and conduct
You are responsible for content you submit and must have the right to share it. Do not submit confidential third-party information, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt to evade product limits, create automated or abusive accounts, probe the service, or interfere with its operation.
AI output and employment outcomes
Scores, suggestions, and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for reviewing your application materials and decisions. JobPilot does not guarantee interviews, offers, application outcomes, hiring decisions, or ATS performance.
Accounts and availability
Keep your credentials secure. We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that threaten the service or violate these Terms. JobPilot is a beta service; features, limits, pricing, and availability may change or be discontinued. Paid checkout is not currently available.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobPilot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the beta service.
